Missing Quartus II megafunction plugin xml files?

I think I'm missing some files from my Quartus II Web Edition 13.1 installation, which I did about a month ago.

Specifically, I would like to use the lpm_ff, and lpm_and /lpm_or files.

There are bsf files for these megafunctions under:

C:\altera\13.1\quartus\libraries\megafunctions\storage

and

C:\altera\13.1\quartus\libraries\megafunctions\gates

However, when I open up the megafunction wizard from within Quartus II, these functions do not show up. I'm wondering if it's because I'm missing some extra data, for example xml files. The functions that do appear in the megafunction wizard have corresponding files in C:\altera\13.1\quartus\libraries\megafunctions\xml_info, but not the ones above.

I updated to Quartus 14 but it's still not in the IP catalog.

But now there is a file called lpm_ff_info in

C:\altera\14.0\quartus\libraries\megafunctions\xml_info

Was the megafunction wizard was removed from the software?

hmm, I figured out how to get what I want - I can get the ff and logical operations in the "primitives" folder, and not in the megafunction plugin wizard.
