Missing module on SOPC builder need expert help

This file was build on earlier version of Quartus II software. I am working on Quartus 9.1 and I am getting two of the modules missing. I was planning to remove it and use the onchip RAM instead, How...

Thanks a lot for the reply. I looked at the verilog code. line no 584 and 647 is used to call those modules. However, I dont know how would i be able to generate the SOPC builder without those missing modules. Here is the verilog file.
