Merge Quartus licenses.

We have 2 different company accounts with Quartus licenses on both. We have an old Quartus license, and recently we bought two more Quartus licenses, we just copied the new license into the old one. It seems the license server did not detect the new Quartus License. But detected other component in the new license file. Maybe the Quartus license needs to be merged within one FEATURE set? Thanks. We should see total 4 Quartus license. Now we only see 2. How do we merge these or do we need to move all 4 licenses to one account?
