Merge Quartus licenses.

We have 2 different company accounts with Quartus licenses on both. We have an old Quartus license, and recently we bought two more Quartus licenses, we just copied the new license into the old one. ...

For license related issue please visit to Self Service Licensing Center,

https://fpgasupport.intel.com/Licensing/license/index.html

If you face any issue with browser then try to check with different browser like IE,Chrome etc.
