Megawizard Crash - Creating FIFO

I have the same problem.

I,m using windows 7 64 bit and Quartus II 11.1 Web Edition (32-Bit).

in safe mode (by pressing f8 key befor windows starting), this problem will be solved.

In safe mode it is possible to created a FIFO mega function and add to the project and come back to normal window and running the project.
