MAXII TQFP100 CADStar PCB Footprint

Hi, I am designing a PCB around a MAXII EPM570 (TQFP 100 Package) and was wondering if anyone had designed a CADStar PCB footprint for this device, or knows of anywhere it can be downloaded? Any help would be much appreciated.
