Honored ContributorYou don't need to get rid of it. However, in Quartus click "Assignments->LogicLock Regions Window". Once the window opens, delete any logiclock regions in your designs other than the "Root Region".

How can i do to solve this problem ?Honored ContributorMy conclusion is that you have to live with the error. You just get used to it after a while.
Honored ContributorIt's a Warning, not an Error, so you can ignore it since you're not using the LogicLock feature. You can suppress this message so it only appears in your Suppressed Messages by right-clicking it in your Warning/Critical Warning box, Suppress->Suppress Exact Selected Messages. You can Hide or Suppress any of your Compilation Messages this way.
