Location of "license.dat" file

Hi,

I have installed Quartus II on Red hat 4.I just wanted to know where "license.dat" file is located.

    This is a 16 year old thread.

    You generate your own license file from the SSLC: https://licensing.intel.com/psg/s/?language=en_US

    and point to it in the Quartus software and/or with an environmental variable.

    Depending on the target device, you may be able to generate a no-cost license.
