New ContributorLMTOOLS reporting wrong number of dsp builder licenses
Client has 3 dsp builder licenses: 1 existing, 2 newly added to the license file. LMTOOLS reports only 1 license.
The server diagnostics seems to report correctly but the license manager reports incorrectly. The concern is that 3 licenses were purchased but only one seems to be available for use. How do we correct the lmtool reporting? Lmtools version is 11.1.13 and is going to be upgraded by end of the year. Quartus version is 17.0, windows 7.
