Super ContributorMay I know, have you re-generate new license? If not, I suggest you regenerate license file in Self Service licensing center to update your new license. https://fpgasupport.intel.com/AlteraLicensing/license/index.html
Guidance: www.altera.com/licensing --> Self Service Licensing Center --> Licensing Center Home --> Computer and License Files --> Select a computer to generate a new license file.
