TU Darmstadt: Base CXL License

Hi,

TU Darmstadt noticed that while they do now have the CXL Type 2 license, the actual base CXL license   

 "Base CXL Hard IP with spec-defined subprotocol interfaces (6AF7 0186)"

is still missing, they thus cannot build the base sample design provided with the IP:

Warning(115005): Unlicensed IP: "Base CXL Hard IP with spec-defined subprotocol interfaces (6AF7 0186)"
Warning(115004): Unlicensed encrypted design file: "/test/intel_rtile_cxl_top_0_ed/hardware_test_design/qdb/_compiler/cxlbasehip_top/auto_fab_0/25.1.0/final/1/netlist.model" 
...

Do you have an idea how to resolve this issue?
