When i try to retrieve a license from internet i get the message "Can't connect to the Altera website to check for license file update -- check your internet connection and/or browser settings You may need to contact Altera Customer Service." but the internet connection is OK.
I'm using a board given to me from my University so i can't find any product in the Self Service Licensing Center so i cant get the license from the altera licensing page. When i click on "Web license update" from the Quartus II menu i get the popup that say to buy o get license from the altera site. I tryied to contact the customer service, when i click on Submit issue i get "Your request cannot be completed, please try again in a few minutes. If you continue to receive this message,Contact Customer Service for assistance.":confused::confused::confused: what should i do?
