Hello
The NIOS II license is available in the SSLC at no cost. Customer can generate the Nois II license there.
Guidance: https://fpgasupport.intel.com/AlteraLicensing/license/index.html --> Self Service Licensing Center --> Sign up for evaluation or No-cost licenses--> Discontinued - Nios® II Processor Intel® FPGA IP (License: IP-NIOS)

Hello AR_R and thank you for the response.
Unfortunately I need more detailed explanation about how to obtain license for NIOS II or working with the SSLC.
The registration process fails or it's me who don't know how to make it work. What profession should I fill in?
Regards,
Joseph G

For University license software and related. Sign into the FPGA Academic Program website and request software licenses and hardware from there.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/topic-technology/fpga-academic/membership.html
But if you still have any question regarding University/Intel Academic Program, drop an Email to fpgauniversity@intel.com or you can reach out directly to Dan Michek (daniel.michek@intel.com) and Nicolette Oki (nicolette.oki@intel.com).
