License file generated by SSLC missing host ID

My company is an ASAP partner, and we have been granted a partner license for Quartus. The license is present in SSLC. When I generate a license file by its activation code, the file I get does not contain the host ID that I have attached to the license, and therefore does not work. The email itself also does not contain this information.

In  the email:

Products : Non-Commercial Software SW-PARTNER-IPA
Primary Machine : christian_blixt
Primary Machine ID :
Host Type :

In the attached license file:

Fixed Node License
# Primary Machine Name-christian_blixt
# Primary Machine ID-

I tried the ASAP portal support, but was redirected here. Anyone have an idea?

Could you try to re-generate again and check inside the generated license got host id?

      I tried again, same result.

Here is what I do. I have set up a computer, like so:

The Primary Computer ID matches the NIC ID of the computer I want to use the license on.

I have located the license, and attached the computer above to it:

If I go to the computer/host entry and look at the entitlements tab, I find the license above there, complete with the same activation code. Everything looks alright.

Next, I go to Find and Generate License by Activation Code, enter the activation code from above and click Search, select the license that appears and click Next, then I arrive at this:

Where I, after confirming that the existing computer is the right one, click Generate. Then it says that my license file has been generated and will be emailed to me shortly. Short thereafter I get an email with an attached license file (I'm up to four attempts now), but both the email and license file are blank in the Host Type/Primary Machine ID sections as shown above.
