License Error

Using Quartus Prime Lite Edition, on

Operating System: Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)
Kernel: Linux 6.1.0-20-amd64

1) Tried to Simulate my Verilog come using \File\New\University Program VWF

2) Ran Functional Simulation and got message:

** Fatal: Failed to initialize licensing environment. License environment not set correctly.

Unable to checkout a license. Vsim is closing.** Error: Invalid license environment. Application closing.

Error.

3) Checked---$LM_LICENSE_FILE Environment Varible, (See LMLicense.png)

4) Checked >lmutil lmdiag (See LicenseCheck.png)

I can run vsim from the commandline, but not in Quartus Prime Lite.

How to I overcome the License error?
