Last web edition to support Stratix III and parallel compilation?

Hi! Can anyone provide some information about this? Currently i have 9.1 SP 1. I would like to find web edition with Stratix III support and parallel compilation. Thank you!

Go to https://www.altera.com/download/sw/dnl-sw-index.jsp

In the bottom half of the page, "Software Selector", click on "Select By Device" and specify Stratix III. Choose from the shown Web Editions.

I'm not sure what (if any) versions of Web Edition software support parallel compilation.
