JIC File generation

Hi,

I'm trying to generate a JIC file to program a Spansion SFL064P via the Serial Flash Loader with Quartus 12.0sp2 - it's failing during programming. I've just seen the "Disable EPCS ID check" option in the Advanced... box, but I can't select it (its not checked and greyed out). I've tried a few combinations and can't see any setup when this checkbox is enabled. Is this a bug in 12.0sp2?
