Issue with Waveform Error Error (199013)

I am using Quartus prime lite 20.1 and im not sure on where my issue is or where to fox it and i am looking for help

Hi Caleb,

The error message show exact way what is the problem.

Seem you are pointing the tb to not existing path.

Change the path, specify it again and rerun the flow
