issue installing Quartus-web-13.0.1.232 on win 7 64 bit

i have a problem installing Quartus-web-13.0.1.232 on my win7 64 bit every time I'm trying to install it I'm getting a msg that "Quartus-web-13.0.1.232 has stopped working" and the options are to...

the install files are good because they work on my xp mode virtual machine.

Yes, my machine is a 64-bit one and runs on windows 7 too. I have experienced the same issue and I could use immediate help. What is more interesting is I also installed web edition on XP and it worked quite well.
