Is the Quartus II Suimulator soon obsolete ?

Hi folks,

I remember reading somewhere that the Quartus II simulator will soon be obsolete and the Altera-Modelsim will be the default simulator, can someone verify this for me ?

    Hi,

    the Quartus simulator is skipped with Quartus 10.0.
