May I know what is your application? Would you consider to use Open CL?

Initially I wanted to use OpenCL. But due to the installation licence problem I decided to switch to python/ tensorflow. So is that a way which i can link to fpga from these?

We don't have tensorflow. If you can use OpenCL, I would suggest you try to resolve the installation problem.

If you have mixed language with verilog/vhdl, you can consider to use HLS>
