If 15.0 works for you then you usually don't need to upgrade. Releases usually only as extra features and bug fixes. If you don't need the feature or bug fix then why change?

The release note document will tell you what has changed in the new version. If you see something you like, then you should upgrade. There are two camps on upgrading. One is that you shouldn't upgrade unless absolutely necessary. Others think that you should always upgrade. The problem is that sometimes a new version will object to something you are doing in your project and you will need to resolve that issue. Sometimes the objection is valid and sometimes it isn't.

If you already have a design, moving versions is usually ok. But if you need to migrate a design - expect plenty of work.
