Is http://fpgasoftware.intel.com broken?

If I go to http://fpgasoftware.intel.com to download the latest Quartus Prime, I cannot log in (even though I am logged in at www.intel.com and forums.intel.com). If I try to download something, I am redirected to a login screen and after I log in I get the attached error message. Is it something with my account or browser, or is it down for everyone?

    Yes it works now, even though it still shows "Sign in" in the rightmost top and I have to try twice (first time for logging in, second time the download actually starts).

    So my problem is solved.
