Is http://fpgasoftware.intel.com broken?

If I go to http://fpgasoftware.intel.com to download the latest Quartus Prime, I cannot log in (even though I am logged in at www.intel.com and forums.intel.com). If I try to download something, I am...

Yes it works now, even though it still shows "Sign in" in the rightmost top and I have to try twice (first time for logging in, second time the download actually starts).

So my problem is solved.
