Internal Error: Sub-system: FITCC

Hi guys,

i've a problem with my quartus 11.1 sp2. can somebody help me?

here is the error message:

    It is very unlikely that somebody here in this forum can help you with such a error message. The best way to deal with this is to create a service request with the Altera support.

    you can also try to delete the db and incremental_db folders in your project and compile it again, sometimes it solves those kind of problems.

    Did you get a solution yet?

    I've also seen the same error when compiling the 10G Ethernet reference design.

    I've submitted a service request with Altera, but am yet to hear anything.

    Already tried deleting the db and incremental_db directories. Also has same behaviour on 32 and 64 bit versions - in the past I've seen errors occur with only 1 version.
