Internal Error in TDB Subsystem

Hi,

I'm having an issue in Quartus II 10.0 where Timequest fails with an internal error like this:

I believe that it is the 64-bit version. If you continue on to netlist generation, that part completes successfully. However, when simulating using the U.P. Simulator, I am noticing that my waveform output is not matching what I'd expect.

Please let me know what I can do to resolve this.
