Internal error in Quartus 11??

I have a project with import partition,and it can pass analysis&synthesis.

then a internal error happen when fitter, as following.

    Cut "db and incremental db" folders and paste it anywhere except your project directory (just for backup if something wrong) and again compile without those folders.
