Intel Quartus Prime Licensing

I am trying to generate my quartus prime license by activation code at licensing.intel.com, I am getting an error "Invalid License Activation Code". can you please help with to resolve this issue?

    Upon checking, license is tagged to chris.lopez@calsemi-tech.com as per customer PO. Only chris.lopez@calsemi-tech.com can access to the license.
