Including QIP from custum_ip_hw.TCL

I have got to get rid of any absolute path and change it to relative path. so i went through all my custom sopc components i did and added a QIP that should add all those files *.v *.mif ... th...

Update

the *_hw.tcl file must have

add_file SOPC_Uart.v SYNTHESIS

add_file SOPC_Uart.qip SYNTHESIS

then after sopc builder, the search paths mentioned inside the qip are added to the quartus liberary settings

also the qip generated by the sopc builder points to these qip and includes these files.
