image displaying

Hey guys,

I have been having some trouble to understand something that most topics that I've checked on treated as simple matter and maybe that is the reason that i have not understood it at all so I'd like to have some help with displaying images/videos through a de2-70 that are being captured by a camera, and showing them in a lcd. I was thinking in get the images with the video in input and output them with the vga. The HDL I'm using is VHDL. I'd really apreciate if you guys could recomend me any tutorials or manuals that could help me with that. For this try it wouldn't be necessary to apply any kind of filters.
