I'm using Quartus Prime Lite, and I keep getting a license-related error.

I'm having trouble running a simulation with the University Program's VWF in Quartus Prime Lite. It keeps failing with a license-related error. What should I do?

Hi,
missing info, Quartus and simulator version, specifically Modelsim or Questa. Most likely reason: You are using Questa Starter Edition and didn't yet acquire and install a free license. Follow the instructions.
