I received a license key and don't know how to start.

I received SW-PE-QRTS-FLT activation code. I created an account but get the not authorized message to use the code.

Thank you for your help, I am able to see the self service licensing center now. Unfortunately it didn't accept the key I got but I will contact that support and hopefully they will be able to resolve this issue.
