I installed Quartus ii v11.1 web edition on linux using the file "altera_installer.external.sh". It works perfect but I need to use V9.1. I can't find the older version using a similar file. I found the website ftp.altera.com/outgoing but it doesn't contain the installer. Thanks.

I was wrong, I was using Altera 9.1 subscription at college. But afterwards I have been using altera 10.1 web edition which supports Cyclone family and has impresive colors :-). So, Can I download Quartus ii V10.1 web edition for linux now (jan 2012)? regards,Honored Contributoryou could, but why?

I need to run Quartus ii V10.1 web edition because the license include cyclone family. I just need to run it, I tried long before to use the file 91_altera_fre_linux.sh and I failed. So, I prefer to use the web install because it is easier. However, I just need to run it as soon as possible and it doesn't matter the way of installtion. My problem now is that I can't have the chance to try to install using 91_altera_free_linux.sh again because the website mentioned earlier is empty and I can download nothing.
