I do not get an email after trying to enroll for a FPGA SSLC account

I've been getting run in circles and I'm getting pissed off with Intels support team. I'm just trying to get access to the FPGA self-service licensing center but I never get an email for the account ...

As previously mention this has been escalated internally and your issues has been in our priority radar to attend for.

I believe some other folks has contacted (i.e. phone/email) you already in regards to your account issues.

Is there further clarification on that?
