HTTP 500 or 504 status code every time I try to download Quartus Prime software

I am attempting to download the lite version 18.1 of the quartus prime software from https://fpgasoftware.intel.com/ and after clicking the download button it takes me to a log in page. After logging in to that page, I always receive a 500 or 504 error and do not get the download. If I try again, it will repeat the process and I still get the error. This happens whether I am logged in already or not logged in (it will take me to the login page no matter if I am logged in already).

Here are the errors. I will only get one of them at a time, it seems random which one I will get. The "contact us here" links to an invalid IP address, probably because it is internal to Intel. Can you please help me with this error?
