HPS stuck when oppening in platform designer

Hi, we are using cycloveV-Soc. Both Quartus on Windos and Unix ( Ubuntu) - ver 23.1 Have issues to open HPS in platform designer. When selecting HPS IP ,Seems that it is stucked ( waiting forever...

What are the specs of the computer you are running Quartus on? The HPS is a complicated IP and a low-end machine could have issues.

    Hi

    We are Experts in HPS, and are using cycloneV- Soc for some projects.

    I would appriciate to read carfully !! the issue as descrbed in this ticket..

    The issue is with OPENNING THE HPS IP, not with the IP itself!!

    The issue is that when oppening the HPS IP in platform designer , the IP stucks!!! when openning. Other IP openning is OK!!

    I would appricaite your help.
