How to turn off code outlining in editor?

I'm upgrading to Quartus Lite 24.1 and would like to turn off the VHDL code outlining shown below. I looked through every option and cannot find it. I'm not even sure what this feature is called, so ...

    It's not outlining.  It's "compression" or "collapsing."  When you're done writing a code block, you can click the little - button to collapse the code into a single line so you can focus on other code.  It turns into a + after it's collapsed so you can expand the collapsed code. 

    I don't know that there's a way to turn it off but it's never bothered me.

    Ok, thought there might be an option somewhere. 

    I prefer editors leave me alone and  just enter what I type. Visual Studio is especially bad. Takes a while to find the options to turn off all the various auto this and auto that features. It would be nice if Quartus had a way to turn this off.
