We do already have a Quartus Pro license on our floating license server and the tool does not see this or we are also not sure how to switch from Quartus Standard edition to Pro.
Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to INTEL forum. The license setup won’t show all example, Quartus license is not display in license setup page.
We could be able to see all license in Output of “lmutil lmstat –a –c <port>@<address>”

Can you give me a little background/elaborate on current issue, could you provide the error message screenshot or any difficulty that could help on understanding this issue?
To further understand the issue, could you get me the:
1) Debug/error.log file
2) Error message screen shot
3) Screenshot of Quartus II>>tools>>license setup
4) Machine OS information
5) Quartus version used
6) Output of “lmutil lmstat –a –c <port>@<address>” server and client
7) License.dat file

we are unable to switch to Quartus Pro from Standard Edition and we do have Quartus Pro licenses installed on our floating server.

4)-> I think it is RHEL7
5)-> I will confirm with the user and tell you later

Upon checking, your license should support Quartus Pro. Have you tried it? If not, could you try do compilation in Quartus Pro. Download Quartus Pro edition at FPGA Software Download Center https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/collections/products/fpga/software/downloads.html?s=Newest
Report back if error happen with error message screenshot.

New ContributorWe are still trying to install the software itself, as the installation size of the file is 85GB, i don't know why it is so big package.
Please give us some more time.
