How to switch to Quartus Standard Edition to Pro

Hello,

we are unable to switch to Quartus Pro from Standard Edition and we do have Quartus Pro licenses installed on our floating server.

4)-> I think it is RHEL7

5)-> I will confirm with the user and tell you later

6)-> Already attached Above.

Version is : Quartus Prime version 18.1.0
