How to routing mannually between LAB?

Hi, All

I have encounter a problem when using the CycloneIII EP3C25. There is several high speed signal in design. So I want to routing them mannually and get the ideal transmission property. I open the Chip Planner but I can only edit the routing connection in LE and not operate between LABs

Are there any expert give me some guidance? Thanks a lot!

    what kind of "high speed signals" are these? are they not synchronous? if they are not syncrhonous, why arnt they?

    Setting reasonable timing constraint for the signals will Quartus make to route them optimally. Besides LAB placements, there also other options like LUT inputs with different propagation delays and different routing capabilities that can be hardly controlled in manual routing.
