How to remove SignalTap from my design?

I use SignalTap logic analyzer to debug my design, after debug finishing, how can I remove it from my design? Another question is when I debug my design, I may set different module as top entit...

It's all in the project settings, both enable and disable STP. The simple way to assign a SignalTap file to a project is to save it while the project is open. Quartus will ask you if you want to enable it for the project.
