How to fix the download center 504 timeout error?

I'm trying to download quartus II 13.1 lite & cyclone IV support & a driver.

keep getting 504 error.

how to fix that? or when will this be fixed?

Got my board 3 days ago, cant download quartus to try it out.

Changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 , then the download worked. It seems some DNS/ servers are not up to date with domain name changes. change in the network properties in windows and in the router page.

12.1 and earlier are working 13.0 and later links are all giving me 504 error:
