How to fix the download center 504 timeout error?

I'm trying to download quartus II 13.1 lite & cyclone IV support & a driver. keep getting 504 error. how to fix that? or when will this be fixed? Got my board 3 days ago, cant download quartus to ...

    Changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 , then the download worked. It seems some DNS/ servers are not up to date with domain name changes. change in the network properties in windows and in the router page.
