How to download bitstream into Cyclone III starter kit

Hi, I am migrating from Spartan 3e to Cyclone III. I want to download my design into Cyclone III starter kit through USB port. What are the steps to follow. I don't have any download cable. ;) ;...

the cyclone 3 has anb usb-balster on board.

just plug it in(usb), and install it as an usb-blaster.
