How to creat this component in SOPC Builder ?

I have the arm_stripe.v/.s/.bdf file to use the megawizard to creat a component.

And the problem is my SOPC Builder just can't creat a component by the megawizard.

The input and output are there and I just don't know how to creat a component in the picture.
