How to creat "ddr2_phy.v"

I want to creat "ddr2_phy.v"file through IP toolbench, but I don't know how to do it?

when I creat the DDR2 Controller, in the Generation window it warns"warning:....ddre_phy.v dosen't exist", And you can see the picture below.

Will you please give me some tips?
