how to convert V13.1 jic programming file to a format that V9.1 can use?

I am a novice with the Altera Quartus, so bear with me. We generated a jic file using V13.1. We have a older system that can only run V9.1. It says the jic file is corrupted. What type of conversion can I do to the jic so that the V9.1 tool can program my FPGA?
