How to change the power unit from mW to micro Watt in Quartuss 9.1

Hello Everybody,

Currently I am working on digital fillters power analysis in Quartuss-II 9.1. After all the steps when I check the dynamic power dissipated by each block, couple of blocks power dissipation in zero mW "0". On the basis of switching activity power can be less than mW i.e. micro Watt or some thing else but shouldn't be zero. Question is:

Is there any way to change the power measuring unit from mW into micro Watt or pico Watt in Quartuss-II 9.1?
