How to Add a 'Not Installed Device'

I am using Quartus II 9.1sp1.

My target board is based on a Stratix EP1S25F device which is not installed by 9.1 Web version. When I launch the project wizard I see 'Not installed'. A message tells that, although the device is supported by this version, it is not installed and that I must select another device.

Is there any way to add this device (or any other) to the list of supported devices of Quartus 9.1 Web version ?

I'd like to ask that question again.

I have the subscription edition of Quartus 11.0 sp1. When I installed it, I forgot to add in device support for the Cyclone 1. Now when I open an old Cyclone 1 project, I get an error message 'Support for device family Cyclone not installed'. No mention on how to install support anywhere (not in Quartus help, not on the Altera website).

Please help!
