How do I install the progammer only?

I have raised this elsewhere, but I think it should be in it's own thread :) I know this should be simple but it is driving me slowly mad. I have been using Quartus web package for a couple of ...

Excellent!

That is a fix! I downloaded the v9.1 programmer - it installed under XP perfectly and it does exactly what it says on the can. None of the problems I had with the V10 version.
